Order, delivery & return policy
Delivery inside Sohar
Delivery within Sohar costs 2.000 OMR for orders below 20 OMR. Enjoy free delivery on orders of 20 OMR or more. The threshold is based on the products subtotal, before delivery charges. Collection from our shop is free.
Orders must be prepaid before delivery. Choose delivery or collection when preparing your order; collection has no delivery charge.
Preparation time
Normal orders generally take up to 20 minutes to prepare. Large, custom, special or complex arrangements may take longer depending on the order.
Transit after preparation
Once a normal order is prepared and ready for dispatch, delivery inside Sohar normally takes approximately 20–25 minutes. Preparation time is separate and is additional to this delivery time.
Returns and exchanges
Once an order has been purchased or delivered, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Damage during ABRICÉLE delivery
If an item or order is damaged during delivery by ABRICÉLE’s own delivery service, we will replace the damaged item or order. This replacement process applies to damage during our delivery service.
Before dispatch
We send you a photo of the completed order for confirmation before dispatch.
If an ordered item becomes unavailable
If an ordered product becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we contact you and may propose a suitable substitute. We make a substitution only with your agreement. If you do not agree to the proposed substitute, we ask you to choose another available item.
